In the frame of the North-West Italian Interregional Turnaments of the FIRST® LEGO® LEAGUE (Genova, Istituto Nautico San Giorgio) School of Robotics offers free demos and laboratories for teachers, parents, and kids. More than 25 laboratories from coding to the "Zoo of Robots", to drones, underwater robots and studying animal behaviour. Read more

Nottingham, UK, February 5th: Presentation EDUROB of customised interface for robotic driven interaction

At Trent Nottingham University EDUROB European project partners are going to test the customised interface for robotic driven interaction for SEN students (Speciual Needs Education). The interface is commanding two robotics platforms: The NAO humanoid robot, and the Lego EV3 Mindstorm. It is equipped with Learning Scenarios, designed following two years of studies and survey condicted with hundreds of support teachers in the partners'Nations. Read more

Rimini, November 14th: School of Robotics' workshop on robotics for inclusion

School of Robotics Emanueel Micheli is going to give a talk at the Erickson Conference on "The Quality of School inclusion". Micheli will present some case studies where the use of robotics kit and of the humanoid robot NAO have improved the learning abilities of SEN students. School of Robotics is working, as partner of the Europole, in the EDUROB project. Read more
