Education, road safety and driving simulators: free webinars

On the occasion of the European project ROadEDucatiOn (RODEO), thematic webinars
will be organized on the use of simulators for non-gaming purposes and the problems
related to driving and being on the road when there is a disability. The webinars will be
held by university professors and experts in the field.
The European project aims to promote and strengthen the focus on road safety education
in young people.
The three webinars will all be in English, free of charge, and open to students, teachers,
and anyone interested in the topic of road education and applicable new technologies.

Disability-related problems of drivers and pedestrians

When: April 12, 3 p.m.
Description: FAIP (Federation of Italian Associations of Persons with Spinal Cord Injury)
will talk about the problems related to driving and being on the road for pedestrians with
disabilities.

The winners of the RoDEO Hackathon are…

When: April 22, 3 p.m.
Description: Scuola di Robotica will present the winners of the Hackathon in which
students from all over Europe developed solutions in the area of road safety. The winners
will present their ideas and final products to the entire audience.
