Types of Data Collected
The Data Controller does not provide a list of the types of Personal Data collected.
Personal Data can be entered voluntarily by the User or collected automatically during the use of this Application.
Failure by the User to provide certain Personal Data may prevent this Application from providing its services.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.
Modality and place of treatment of collected Data
The Owner treats the Personal Data of the Users by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Access to the Data may be available to Data Processors, such as employees involved in the processing, or to external parties that provide services to the Data Controller, third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies. The updated list of subjects can always be requested from the Data Controller.
The Data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, unless otherwise specified in the rest of the document.
The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User may always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data.
Further information on the treatment
The User’s Personal Data may be used for the defense by the Owner in court or in the preparatory phases of its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User.
System logs and maintenance
For purposes of operation and maintenance, this Application and any third party services used by it may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

Further information in relation to the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Data Controller using the contact information.
Exercise of Users’ rights
Users as data subjects (subjects to whom the data refer), may exercise at any time, by contacting the Owner, the rights listed in art. 7 D. Decree 196/2003 reported below in full.
Art. 7 D. Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain information on: the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments; the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
