A FREE MOOC course on Transcultural Robotic Nursing and Social Assistive Robots

If you are interested in the FREE MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) regarding Transcultural Robotic Nursing, please register via the following form https://forms.office.com/r/9WH7pPT8pF . Registrations will open on the 15th August 2022 and will close on the 29th September 2022 at 12pm UK Time. Be aware that access is limited and we can not guarantee your registration. Among all MOOC participants who have finished the MOOC successfully (submitted min. 80% of the learning activities and assessment) three physical copies of “Transcultural Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Health and Social Care” written by Irena Papadopoulos, Christina Koulouglioti, Chris Papadopoulos and Antonio Sgorbissa will be raffled (only one price per person).

The prizes will be allocated randomly by the IENE 10 project lead (Middlesex University) at the end of November 2022. Winners are informed via mail.

Clicking here you can see the four modules, which will be accessible online. You need to finish all modules sequentially so you can correctly follow the course. Each of the modules contains four learning units, which respectively consist of three components:

  • a learning activity which will be completed by the participants on their own, usually involving text or video.
  • an assessment activity which involves interactive elements, either between participants or using gamification aspects, which will be used to determine, whether you learned what we want you to.
  • an evaluation activity this will be direct feedback to us, as we want to further improve the content.

Below you can see the four modules, which will be accessible for one week each, one after the other. This format is chosen to guarantee a high number of participants per activity. You need to finish all modules sequentially so you can correctly follow the course.
