On 25th and 26th January 2020 Scuola di Robotica organizes a series of training courses for teachers within the North-West Regional Qualifications of the FIRST® LEGO® League educational contest.
On January 25th and 26th, 2020, the North-West Regional Qualifications of the FIRST® LEGO® League Italia will take place in Genoa, at the Istituto Nautico San Giorgio, in Calata Darsena.

During the FIRST® LEGO® League Italia at the Istituto Nautico, Scuola di Robotica organizes training courses for teachers, listed below. To register, click on the link for the course or courses you want and follow the instructions.
1. Inventing stories with Lego WeDo 2.0 and Scratch
In this course we will discover how to use the Lego We do2.0 educational kit and the Scratch platform to work on storytelling, analysis and the construction of fairy tales and fantastic stories.
2. Mathematics and Physics with LEGO EV3
During the course we will explore the possibilities of teaching mathematics and physics, but also other technical and scientific disciplines, using Lego Mindstorm EV3 robots to create more effective and engaging interactive lessons.

3. Didactics with LEGO Education robot kits
This course will be dedicated to the didactic potential offered by educational robotics tools. In particular, the Lego EV3 and WeDo 2.0 kits will be presented and teaching methodologies that can be used in class will be analyzed.

4. Cities of the future with Lego WeDo 2.0
The world we live in, and cities in particular, are rapidly evolving, with increasingly interconnected devices and robots increasingly present in our lives.
