Pori (Finland) hosts the second training course of the Erasmus plus STEAMing for the Future project

About fifty teachers from Spain, Italy and Finland will gather from March 28 to April 2, 2022 in Pori, Finland, for the second course of the Erasmus plus project STEAMing for the Future.

The city of Pori, which calls itself a “digital city” because of the high connectivity of the city facilities, has already hosted a few editions of Robotex, a competition for students.

The training course will cover the use of digital and robotic devices for inclusion, and will also address the similarities and differences between the school systems of the Partner Nations, various common ideas to put into practice and future developments of the network of teachers involved.

STEAMing for the Future Partners are:

  • CEP IBSTEAM, Spain (Coordinator)
    Väinölä School, Pori, Finland
    School of Robotics, Italy

From Italy will participate teachers from IC Quezzi, Genoa.

STEAMing for the Future is a KAI Erasmus plus project bringing together girls, boys and their teachers from 3 countries (Spain, Finland and Italy) who collaborated in a multicultural coding and storytelling project.
