STEP FuturAbility District is a dynamic, interactive experiential journey that allows students to immerse themselves in today’s ongoing digital revolution.
For schools, we offer the possibility to combine the 60-minute visit with one of our 45-minute workshops, designed to deepen the themes explored during the tour.
Each activity focuses on learning within the STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) and on developing creativity for the future.
Our programs are designed for students from the final year of primary school through the last year of secondary school.
In collaboration with School of Robotics in Italy, STEP offers schools hands-on workshops and classes dedicated to the use of digital technologies. All the labs are conducted in Italian.
Space Lab
Ages 10–13
Using programmable LEGO bricks, electric motors, sensors, and gears, students will build robots capable of undertaking a space journey.
Wearable Robots
Ages 11–13
Students will learn how to design and program small wearable robots with a variety of interactive functions.
Ages 9–15
This workshop introduces participants to the world of 3D design through practical and creative activities. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling, explore its potential in various fields of design and digital creativity, and discover its many applications — from industrial design to digital graphics and 3D printing.
Ages 11-18
Develop critical and constructive thinking about technology by programming small drones.
Build Your Own Metaverse
Ages 14–18
After understanding what the Metaverse is and how it works, participants will create their own metaverse using Virtuademy software.
Ages 11–18
Create a storyboard that tells the story of human–machine interaction and program a humanoid robot.
